Anthropology examines the rich variety of human cultures through comparative studies. Researchers in this field create methods to investigate diverse social, cultural, political, economic, and environmental challenges. What sets anthropology apart is its hands-on qualitative research methods. Our specialized tracks in social and cultural anthropology help students interpret and assess cultural shifts and cross-cultural interactions within global contexts like development, migration, and technological advancement.
Sociology focuses on examining social structures, including their institutions, traditions, and evolution. Sociologists aim to reveal the patterns, regulations, and standards shaping human interactions. They analyze critical matters like the roots and impacts of societal disparities and group dynamics. Our curriculum allows students to implement theoretical frameworks to practical situations while mastering research techniques like interviews, textual analysis, polling, and data interpretation. By linking concepts with investigation, students gain insights into modern challenges including economic hardship, cultural dynamics, social norms, gender studies, global progress, authority structures, and innovation.
