Biomedical Science is a multidisciplinary program centered on understanding human and animal anatomy and physiology. The initial two years establish a foundation in anatomy, psychology, and core scientific disciplines including biology, biochemistry, chemistry, and mathematics. Following this, students can either pursue advanced studies in biology and biochemistry alongside elective courses to earn a minor in arts or social sciences, or specialize in life science fields like neuroscience, cellular/molecular medicine, bioanalytical science, biostatistics, or medicinal chemistry. From the third year onward, the Research Focus option provides hands-on research opportunities for those interested in scientific careers. Graduates emerge ready for advanced research training or entry into professional healthcare programs.
