Over recent years, companies have grown to recognize the strategic value of implementing structured human resource management (HRM) practices. This program offers comprehensive training in three key HRM functions that organizations now prioritize: personnel administration, labor relations, and workplace behavior. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, the curriculum prepares students for HRM roles across private enterprises, government agencies, and charitable organizations.
Program alumni gain a competitive edge in the HR job market, with most courses approved by Ontario's Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPAO). Successful graduates earn a specialized BCom in HRM while simultaneously meeting the educational prerequisites for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification.

Qualification Requirements
You must have an Ontario high school diploma with at least six 4U-4M or DU-level courses to be eligible for admission to the first year of university. Please note:

We use your top six interim or final grades in 4U, 4M, or DU courses, including the prerequisites for your chosen program, to calculate your admission average. We do not round up your grades.
International baccalaureate diploma
Applicants enrolled in the International Baccalaureatenorth_eastexternal link Diploma program are eligible for admission if they have completed (or are in the process of completing) the full IB program and meet the following conditions:
Have passed six subjects (including the prerequisites for your program of choice) with at least three at the Standard Level and three at the Higher Level.
Have a minimum average of 29 points. The minimum average might be higher depending on the program you have chosen.
IELTS - overall score 6.5 with minimum writing section score 6.5
TOEFL - IBT - Overall Score 86 with writing section score 22.
