This program offers comprehensive training in three key HRM functions that organizations now prioritize: personnel administration, labor relations, and workplace behavior. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, the curriculum prepares students for HRM roles across private enterprises, government agencies, and charitable organizations.
Program alumni gain a competitive edge in the HR job market, with most courses approved by Ontario's Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPAO). Successful graduates earn a specialized BCom in HRM while simultaneously meeting the educational prerequisites for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification.
