The Mathematics and Statistics department at UNB provides exceptional research programs ranked among the best, alongside opportunities to learn cutting-edge subjects from globally renowned professors. Typically, we support approximately 30 graduate students across diverse research fields and welcome multiple post-doctoral researchers.
Our graduate degrees equip students for thriving professions in government sectors, academic institutions, research and consulting organizations, financial and healthcare industries, engineering and tech companies, as well as prestigious roles in data security, computer engineering, and cosmological studies.
Duration: Two (MSc), FourFive (PhD) Years
Entry Terms: Fall, Winter, Summer
PhD candidates should hold a Masters from a recognized university.
International applicants whose first language is not English must submit language scores that meet or exceed international English language testing system (IELTS) band 7.0.
Internet Based TOEFL (Minimum score of 80) including the Test of Written English - TWE (minimum score of 25)
