This graduate certificate program offers foundational management training for healthcare professionals and early-career managers. Designed to equip students with essential skills for leadership roles within Canada's healthcare system, the GCHSM serves as an alternative for those seeking professional development without committing to a full Master's program. Delivered through the University of Lethbridge's Calgary campus, this part-time, cohort-based program utilizes a condensed weekend schedule with blended learning approaches, including online components and in-person sessions. The flexible structure enables working professionals to balance studies with career obligations, making it especially valuable for those needing to maintain active practice credentials.
