This program equips you with essential skills to examine how all living beings and natural systems interconnect across the globe—and occasionally in space—to solve practical challenges.

Our department excels in geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, water studies, and rural/urban research—fields experiencing remarkable expansion in academic inquiry, education, and career opportunities for alumni.

Students utilize cutting-edge technology across disciplines including geography, economics, environmental science, agriculture, ecology, and urban planning.
