Complete a minimum of four specialized practicum courses that address contemporary industry needs while developing practical skills in your chosen focus areas. Options include Functional Capacity Assessment; Sports Injury Management; Combat Fitness Instruction; and Kinesiology in Legal Investigations.
Advanced coursework in years three and four emphasizes practical implementations of exercise science and nutritional principles for both performance enhancement and therapeutic purposes.
Graduates qualify to obtain certifications from leading professional bodies, including Ontario's Registered Kinesiologist credential, Personal Training Certification, Clinical Exercise Specialist designation, and Strength Coaching Certification.
