The PhD program equips students for careers in engineering education, research, or advisory services. This program enables in-depth exploration across Mechanical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Computer Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering Systems and Computing, and Water Resources Engineering. Students can pursue the PhD through either full-time or part-time enrollment. The curriculum delivers specialized training in engineering principles and research techniques, blending coursework, independent study, qualifying exams, and the development and defense of an original dissertation.
