The School of Computer Science (SoCS) focuses on theoretical and practical research that advances future studies, industry collaborations, and government initiatives. Cross-disciplinary engagement is promoted, with numerous faculty members collaborating with corporate partners.
The Computer Science PhD program is an intensive four-year, full-time curriculum requiring completion of the Technical and Communication Research Methodology course plus two more graduate-level classes. Candidates must deliver two public presentations, pass a comprehensive examination,
execute original research, and defend their written thesis during the final oral assessment.
