The Master of High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership is a specialized 30-credit, three-year program designed for seasoned sports coaches and technical leaders seeking career advancement and professional growth. The curriculum begins with a one-year graduate certificate (HPCTL), followed by two years of graduate-level coursework (MHPCTL). In collaboration with top national high-performance sports organizations—including Own The Podium (OTP), the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC), the Canadian Sport Institute (CSI), and National Sport Organizations—this premier program delivers exceptional training through a blended learning approach.
