The Graduate Program in Reproductive and Developmental Sciences aims to equip students with comprehensive understanding of mammalian reproductive and developmental biology, while fostering specialized knowledge in specific research domains such as:
reproductive and molecular endocrinology, reproductive immunology, pregnancy-related physiological changes, mental health in women, gynecological malignancies, prostate oncology
fertilization processes and early embryo development, placental biology, metabolic changes during pregnancy, fetal and neonatal physiology and disorders, perinatal population health studies
Additional research opportunities may explore various aspects of human health and disease connected to male and female reproduction, including topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care.
Students may pursue fundamental scientific investigations, clinical studies, or population-based research projects.
A MSc degree is required to purse the PhD degree.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Previous laboratory experience is an asset for the application.
