The combined Business and Computer Science program equips you with technical expertise to implement IT solutions in business environments and create growth opportunities. Throughout your studies, you'll complete a blend of essential commerce and computer science courses each year.
This interdisciplinary major provides both the technical knowledge and business acumen to deploy IT solutions effectively while identifying new avenues for expansion. Annually, students enroll in fundamental courses from both commerce and computer science disciplines.
UBC's Sauder School of Business and Computer Science Department jointly deliver this Bachelor of Commerce Combined Major. The curriculum addresses increasing industry demand for professionals with robust business, information systems, and computing knowledge. Offering exceptional versatility, this program perfectly prepares students to oversee IT initiatives or pursue executive roles in technology-driven organizations.
Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior secondary school: Higher Secondary School Certificate awarded on completion of Standard XII. Certificates must be official. Photocopies are acceptable if certified by school principal, head, or counsellor. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
