Geological engineers evaluate natural terrains for infrastructure projects like dams, mines, transportation networks, and resource extraction sites. The Geological Engineering program offers a dynamic career path featuring fieldwork in diverse locations and hands-on experience with cutting-edge engineering technologies.
This interdisciplinary program operates within the Faculty of Science while granting a Bachelor of Applied Science degree through the engineering Faculty of Applied Science. Our academic scope covers planetary science, resource management, and environmental stewardship, with specialized training in geotechnical applications such as infrastructure development, environmental conservation, energy systems, mineral extraction, hazard mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior secondary school: Higher Secondary School Certificate awarded on completion of Standard XII. Certificates must be official. Photocopies are acceptable if certified by school principal, head, or counsellor. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
