Our Doctoral programs equip individuals for careers in academic research, teaching, and leadership roles within central education offices, provincial education departments, education faculties, and other learning institutions.

Each doctoral candidate's program is customized based on their specific interests, prior education, and professional background. These personalized programs emphasize elementary education subject areas as well as broader fields like early childhood development, curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and educator training. Course requirements are determined individually through advisor consultations, with substantial emphasis placed on scholarly activities beyond standard coursework. The EdD program particularly attracts education professionals focused on curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and pedagogical approaches. It's ideally designed for practitioners seeking to examine challenges connected to their current work, leadership positions, and upcoming professional obligations.
