The Psychology program explores brain functionality and our processes of perception, learning, and memory. You'll study key areas including perception, motivation, behavior, and cognitive development, with a strong foundation in physical, biological, and mathematical sciences. Our Honors Psychology program offers hands-on research opportunities supervised by faculty mentors. This experience unfolds in two stages: a third-year research apprenticeship followed by fourth-year thesis work. The Bachelor of Science with Honors provides specialized training for students passionate about scientific inquiry, requiring a research thesis and higher academic performance than the BSc Major. While students may complement their studies with a minor from Arts, Native Studies, Business, or Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences, this reduces elective options. The Honors program does not permit double majors.
