The Master of Arts in Leadership program provides two core curriculum themes: Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. This graduate program cultivates developing leaders through the Competency Model, preparing them to be skilled and self-assured servant-leaders in today's world. Offering concentrations in Business, Education, Health Care, and a General track along with multiple certificate choices, the program enables professionals to incorporate leadership principles into their specific fields.

The culminating experience involves a structured Leadership Integration Project (LIP) where students implement the leadership competency framework as a degree requirement. This initiative enhances leadership capabilities and influence within the five distinct sectors central to the MA Lead program. Those pursuing the Thesis Option need to formally apply, with the research process—encompassing problem identification, study design, data gathering and interpretation, to final documentation—forming the primary emphasis.
