Request two letters of reference. One reference should be academic and one must be from a manager or supervisor in your organization familiar with your character, work performance, and leadership potential. It not available, two academic references are acceptable.. All students must submit a personal admissions statement of 500-800 words. This statement should describe your academic and personal goals, key experiences leading to your desire for academic advancement, and reasons for pursuing this program at Trinity Western University. Send an official copy of your post-secondary transcript from all institutions you have attended. The MBA program requires a GPA of at least 3.0 based on the final two years of your undergraduate program. Some applicants will be selected to complete an interview (which may occur by telephone conference call or Skype interview via the internet). The interview will evaluate an applicant's level of maturity, interpersonal skills, career focus, and motivation. This may be deferred until successful completion of the Pre-Master’s Program. An academic IELTS score of at least 7.0 on all bands, an iBT TOEFL score of at least 100, or a DuoLingo score of 130 is required for direct admission consideration.
