The Strategic Change Management specialization within the Master of Management program equips students for leadership roles in today's dynamic business landscape, where companies must constantly evaluate their strategic direction and execute impactful transformation initiatives. This curriculum also addresses organizational resilience in facing external disruptions. Particularly valuable during the COVID-19 era, this program helps businesses navigate current challenges while planning for future recovery. Note that while the Master of Management is widely available, the Strategic Change Management concentration is exclusively offered at our Trent Durham GTA location.

Qualification Requirements
Honours degree (a four year undergraduate bachelor's degree) with at least B plus (77%) in the last two years of full-time study, or last ten full academic credits.
Post-secondary transcripts and graduation certificates (where applicable) of all previous undergraduate and graduate work are required. This includes transcripts for courses taken on a Letter of Permission, for transfer credit, or on an exchange program. Transcripts must show all course work completed and grades received. If applicable, evidence of degree completion is required. Transcript must include a grading scale or transcript legend.
IELTS - 6.5, with no band below 6.0, TOEFL IBT - 93 (with a minimum score of 22 in both speaking and writing).
