After earning the required 5.5 credits in the Human Resource Management Specialization, graduates will meet all academic prerequisites for the "Certified Human Resources Professional Designation‚Ñ¢" and qualify to attempt the National Knowledge Exam.‚Ñ¢ Per HRPA guidelines, students must maintain a 70% overall average across all courses, with no single course grade below 65%. Exam eligibility requires enrollment in the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario, which includes paying membership dues to the organization.
