Grasping and addressing environmental concerns rank among today's most pressing global challenges. Authorities across municipal, state, and federal jurisdictions strive to study, comprehend, and address ecological matters.

You'll examine how individuals, businesses, and policymakers either oppose or adopt environmentally conscious concepts and methods. Through hands-on experiences like field studies, client consultations, urban sustainability research, study abroad opportunities, and optional internships, you'll develop skills to investigate and solve ecological problems.
Upon completing your degree, your capacity to assess diverse ecosystems, evaluate human actions, and assess sustainability efforts will enable you to drive meaningful transformation.
This program belongs to a group of 10 bachelor of arts degrees that begin with a shared first-year curriculum.
