St. Thomas prioritizes learner-focused education and has pioneered the creation of cross-disciplinary majors and electives that enable students to explore subjects they're passionate about.
The Interdisciplinary honors program provides students the flexibility to customize their academic path according to their aspirations. These programs address contemporary challenges and examine unifying subjects like Canadian Studies, American Studies, Global Affairs, and Equity Studies, incorporating coursework from various university disciplines.
International Applicants - In addition to a high school transcript, international applicants whose primary language is not English must also arrange to have an official copy of their English proficiency scores sent directly to the Admissions Office. 
Adult Learners - Submit a 1–2-page typed letter describing your educational background, work experience, and academic plans. Mature candidates must also submit academic transcripts - e.g. high school, GED if applicable.
Students who meet the following minimum English Language Proficiency scores and the St. Thomas academic admission requirements are eligible for the ESL program -
