The CPA curriculum embraces a hands-on learning methodology, delivering courses that mirror contemporary software development workflows. Students actively implement classroom theories to tackle coding challenges throughout their studies. They gain experience collaborating in project teams to create, build, and evaluate comprehensive software solutions. Following the development of core programming and analytical abilities, learners immerse themselves in professional settings through our third-year co-op initiative.
This three-year CPA program equips students with diverse competencies spanning fundamental coding techniques, analytical reasoning, software architecture, and system creation. Participants develop applications across multiple platforms including desktop, web, mobile, and mainframe environments. The curriculum covers numerous programming languages such as C#, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Java while fostering adaptability to master additional languages. Our institution stands among few North American colleges providing specialized mainframe instruction in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and TSO technologies.
