The Aircraft Structures Technician program equips students with the essential knowledge and practical abilities needed to pursue a career as an aircraft maintenance engineer (AME) with an "S" license. As a licensed "S" AME, you'll handle the fabrication and maintenance of aircraft and their components. This comprehensive program addresses all facets of structural repairs for various aircraft types, including general aviation planes, corporate jets, charter aircraft, commercial airliners, and helicopters. The curriculum encompasses both conventional aluminum sheet metal techniques and modern composite material fabrication and restoration methods.
