Tailored for working professionals in post-secondary, adult education, or related educational domains, this two-year master's program delivers an exceptional graduate education while accommodating busy schedules. Following a cohort structure, participants (limited to 15 students) progress through the curriculum collectively. The program emphasizes refining professional practice by exploring educational theories, philosophies, and practical applications.

a bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University or its equivalent with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0/4.33 (B), or a grade point average of at least 3.33/4.33 (B+) based on the last 60 units of undergraduate/graduate courses from a recognized institution.
