SFU's Music and Sound program offers an interdisciplinary approach centered on composition and music technology studies. Students collaborate in electroacoustic labs, creating innovative works performed by skilled musicians. Graduates pursue careers across musical fields as composers, performers, or educators.

Official International High school Transcripts required.Submit a transcript which includes grades for all courses completed and final grades for the first semester of Senior Year. Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior high school. International Baccalaureate IB Diploma is required. You must successfully complete the full IB Diploma, including at least 3 HL courses
Application to the Music & Sound program requires submitting a questionnaire and a portfolio of musical work. After applications are reviewed, a select group of prospective students will be contacted for an interview.

Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic)- Overall score of 65, and a minimum score of 60 in the Communicative Skills, including: Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing
