The introductory Human Resource Management (HRM) courses provide students across various business disciplines with the knowledge to comprehend, anticipate, and guide organizational behavior. From there, you can select specialized courses aligned with two career paths: the Personnel Specialist track addresses hiring, development, bargaining techniques, and performance evaluation, whereas the Managing People concentration involves creating employment frameworks, implementing change, and organizational leadership. Graduates of HRM programs gain the qualifications needed for junior roles in human resources departments and consulting agencies.
If you've completed, or are about to complete, your grade 12 or senior year in a Canadian, American, or international high school.
