This program thoroughly prepares students for quality assurance roles, covering all material needed for professional certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from the American Society for Quality.
Following two academic terms, eligible students may pursue a paid co-op placement to gain hands-on experience while continuing their studies. Co-op positions are competitive, requiring a separate application, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and no D grades in the first term. Students must maintain this academic standard in the second term to continue in the co-op stream.

Postsecondary diploma or degree in science or engineering Plus
Postsecondary math with a minimum grade of 60% and/or
Demonstrated competence through related work and educational experience
This program is most appropriate for graduates of college or university programs in engineering and technology related fields, computer sciences, mathematics, statistics, economics, business administration and graduates of natural or environmental sciences.
Computer literacy skills testing may be required.

CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language) online or in person - overall score 70 with no individual section below 60
Sheridan EPA test - Listening Band - 4.5 Reading Combined Band - 4.5 Writing - CLB 8
Sheridan's ESL program EAP level - A minimum score of 75% in listening and speaking and 75% in reading and writing. General Education courses and Navigating Digital Environments (INFO) minimum required grade of 50%.
