Enrolled in the Business Administration - Finance program, you may complete up to three co-op placements. These opportunities allow you to work in finance-related roles, build professional networks, and gain practical industry experience. Participation requires successful application and acceptance into the cooperative education program.
Professional Pathways
Graduates emerge ready for roles within financial institutions or corporate finance departments. The program also provides a foundation for pursuing various professional certifications available to post-secondary graduates.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including these required courses:
One English, Grade 12 (ENG4C or ENG4U), minimum 60% plus
Mathematics, Grade 12 (C or U) or mathematics, Grade 11 (M or U*) * MBF3C does not meet this requirement.
Minimum 65% overall average required for PBUSP, PBAFI, PBUFI
Minimum 70% overall average required for PBAFC or
Mature student status.

TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEFL iBT Home Edition (DI Code: 9117) - overall score 80 with no individual section below 20
iTEP Academic - overall score 3.7
PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) online or in person - overall score 58 with no individual section below 49
Duolingo English Language Test - overall score of 105 with no individual subscore lower than 85
Cambridge English Test Exams (B2 First/C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency score) - overall Cambridge English Scale score 169 with no individual score below 162
CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language) online or in person - overall score 60 with no individual section below 50
Sheridan EPA test - Listening Band - 4.0 Reading Combined Band - 4.0 Writing - CLB 7
Sheridan's ESL program EAP level - A minimum score of 70% in listening and speaking and 70% in reading and writing. General Education courses and Navigating Digital Environments (INFO) minimum required grade of 50%.
