Experience practical education in one of Canada's premier Ceramics facilities. Our passionate instructors guide students through diverse methods and practices while incorporating modern concepts and community engagement. You'll discover creative ceramic techniques including wheel throwing, hand building, mold creation, slip casting, glaze development, and firing methods using salt/soda, wood, pit, gas, and electric kilns.
In our Ceramics program, you'll acquire practical skills while interacting with both local and global communities through professional gatherings, workshops, contests, and gallery/museum exhibitions. Develop leadership abilities by participating in volunteer work, fundraising efforts, and organizational projects. You'll complete an internship and network with distinguished guest artists and our extensive alumni community.
