This demographic shift has increased the need for qualified professionals specializing in elder care. Many graduates from this program find themselves with diverse career options. Our two-year diploma equips students with social service expertise, ethical principles, and practical skills to help seniors preserve their independence and wellbeing. The curriculum emphasizes a comprehensive, strengths-focused methodology while incorporating current laws and industry standards.
In addition to studying government policies and senior care frameworks, students gain hands-on experience through a 220-hour practicum and supplementary training sessions. Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or a mature applicant

High school transcripts for grades 10, 11 and 12 showing all program specific pre-requisite courses.
High school/secondary school diploma (certificate of completion).
You may submit transcripts or certificates for any completed university/postsecondary college courses or programs taken inside or outside of Canada.
Academic records that are in a language other than English must include an official/certified English translation.
