This Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is tailored for individuals holding a degree or diploma who seek to advance their expertise in Health Care Leadership. Prior education in health care and professional experience in the field are preferred. The curriculum is carefully structured to facilitate students' adaptation to the Canadian health care system.

Participants will cultivate essential leadership abilities, project management techniques, and quality improvement strategies to enhance health care delivery through a culturally sensitive lens.
