The Bachelor of Applied Management (BAMgt) enables trades professionals and graduates with non-business diplomas or certificates to convert their prior education and experience into a bachelor's degree through just two additional years of study, available through full-time or part-time options.
Students develop expertise across key leadership and management areas such as accounting, HR management, business communications, strategic planning, leadership training, data analysis, financial management, organizational change, risk assessment, commercial law, and economic principles.
Courses are delivered through evening classes (both on-campus and via Zoom) along with fully online options each semester. This adaptable structure allows students to maintain full-time employment while pursuing their degree. Domestic learners can participate from anywhere in Canada with basic technology requirements, offering the convenience of remote education.
Career Opportunities
BAMgt graduates gain the qualifications for management and leadership positions across diverse industries including healthcare, construction, IT, automotive, agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, early childhood education, and resource sectors. This distinctive blend of practical experience and academic knowledge prepares graduates for progression into supervisory and executive roles within their chosen field.
