Qualification Requirements

Honours degree in Atlantic Canada Studies ACST or another discipline with a substantial course content relevant to ACST
Research Proposal A statement of 300 to 500 words specifying your proposed thesis research interests
Samples of academic or other written work 10-25 pages in length
Short description of the courses taken in Atlantic Canada Studies or related courses
Transcripts We will accept uploaded unofficial transcripts for evaluation purposes Applicants must upload a grading scale with their unofficial transcripts Successful applicants will be required to submit official final transcripts

Official Proof of English Language Proficiency if required

Successful candidates will be required to submit official academic transcripts for each postsecondary institution university college you have attended including exchange transfer and incomplete credit programs. The official transcripts must be sent directly to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research from the host institution in a sealed university college envelope bearing an original university seal or stamp or emailed directly.
Notarized copies of transcripts will not be accepted.

Cambridge B2 First C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency - minimum 176 with no individual score below 169.
