Students have two pathways to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science. They can pursue a conventional Computing Science degree with a Mathematics focus, available as a minor, concentration, major, or honors program. Alternatively, those looking to combine Computing Science with business applications can opt for a dual major in Computing Science and Business Administration. Both degree options include Co-op opportunities.
The Computing Science major and honors programs hold accreditation from the Computer Science Accreditation Council of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS). This not only validates program excellence but also enables students to achieve the Information Systems Professional (ISP) certification more quickly.
Note: Meeting minimum requirements does not ensure acceptance into a specific academic program. Enrollment caps exist for each program based on faculty availability within the academic department.
