Students pursuing either the Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology can opt to focus on Affective Science and Mental Health. Both programs share a common first-year curriculum, followed by core psychology courses in the second year. Upper-year students must complete several elective courses. The curriculum emphasizes research methods, statistics, and valuable technology-related skills, preparing graduates for advanced studies or immediate employment. The Affective Science and Mental Health concentration offers specialized training in understanding emotional processes and their neurological bases, exploring how these factors influence psychological well-being and disorders.
