The Red Seal Cook designation is a nationally recognized trade certification under the Interprovincial Standards Red Seal Program. This credential enables certified professionals to work across Canada in provinces/territories where the trade is recognized, without additional testing requirements.
After achieving Red Seal status, culinary professionals can pursue the Certified Chef de Cuisine program. Offered in collaboration with the Canadian Culinary Institute (CCI), this advanced program helps experienced Red Seal chefs refine their culinary artistry and enhance their restaurant leadership capabilities.
