The first year covers essential Business Fundamentals, while the second year delves into attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent.
You'll explore the legal aspects of labor relations, human rights, and workplace safety. The curriculum teaches strategic recruitment techniques to align with organizational objectives, plus prepares you for collective bargaining negotiations.
Throughout the program, you'll enhance your communication skills, IT proficiency, and persuasive techniques – even designing leadership-focused training programs that foster teamwork.
This program fulfills all nine HRPA Ontario core course requirements for the CHRP designation. To qualify, graduates must achieve at least 65% in each HRPA-mandated course with a 70% overall average.
