At Nipissing University, Psychology students can select between Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree paths. The primary distinction lies in elective choices: BA candidates select from humanities and social sciences (including English, Philosophy, Criminal Justice, Sociology, and History), while BSc students focus on science electives (such as Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics). The BSc pathway allows students to earn a Neuroscience Certificate by combining specific courses with an Honours thesis in Neuroscience.
