Graduates of the Hospitality – Hotel and Restaurant Operations program skillfully manage the dynamic components of businesses within the thriving hospitality sector. This January-start program operates without a co-op component. Situated at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the school lies at the center of Canada's hospitality and tourism industry. The curriculum, developed with input from industry experts, emphasizes contemporary market demands. Students gain practical training through beverage, culinary, and restaurant laboratories that incorporate experiential learning. The program features hotel management systems and restaurant simulations that enrich the educational experience while deepening comprehension of industry operations. Students can finish this four-term program in under two years.
