As a Civil Engineering Technician, your work is vital in shaping infrastructure projects including structures, roadways, hydraulic systems, and urban developments. Acquire comprehensive skills through practical training in CAD software, material testing, structural planning, soil mechanics, project coordination, and other essential areas. After completing the program, you qualify to take the residential portion of the Ontario Building Code examination. You'll also gain immediate associate membership eligibility with OACETT (Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists) upon graduation when you apply.
