Having completed Canada's pioneering Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program, you're prepared to lead in the rapidly growing brewery, microbrewery, and brewpub sectors. Program Highlights Students and instructors have earned over 38 accolades at prestigious national and international competitions, securing 9 gold medals and recognition as North America's top brewing program. Honored with these distinctions: OCB Centre of Excellence, Golden Tap Award for Beer Excellence, CICan Gold Program Excellence, and the Minister's Award for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Specialized training covers brewing technology, sensory analysis, quality assurance, brewery management, sales leadership, and advanced business strategies. Practical, hands-on experience at NC's on-site Teaching Brewery under the guidance of decorated brewmaster instructors.
