The MMgt stands as the pioneering program of its type in Atlantic Canada and among a select few nationwide. This cutting-edge, fully online, course-based curriculum enables learners to delve into core management subjects concerning individuals, teams, and enterprises. Designed for working professionals from various fields, it caters to both current managers and those aiming for leadership roles across diverse organizations.
Grenfell's MMgt is exclusively available online, typically spanning five consecutive fall and winter semesters. Students progress through a structured sequence, taking two courses simultaneously per term, along with a mandatory introductory orientation module. With competitive, limited enrollment, the program primarily targets professionals without prior business or management education who are advancing toward leadership roles requiring specialized skills. Candidates holding undergraduate degrees in business-related fields may also qualify.
The research-intensive M.Sc. in management serves full-time students across four specialized domains:
General management
Human resource management
Organizational behaviour
Information systems
Operations management
Beyond coursework and research, participants engage in Faculty of Business Administration seminars.
