The iBA program caters to students passionate about exploring global dynamics and worldwide challenges through the lens of Humanities and Social Sciences. This program aims to equip participants with crucial knowledge and analytical abilities needed for researching and addressing cultural, economic, political, religious, and social phenomena on an international level.
While both the iBA and traditional BA degrees mandate completing at least 120 credit hours, the iBA stands apart by incorporating specialized international studies courses and mandatory language training.
Geography, derived from "Earth description," examines our planet's physical and human elements along with their spatial variations. This discipline explores the interconnected relationships between climate, terrain, flora, fauna, and human populations across Earth's surface.
Beyond cartography (though that remains part of their work), geographers serve as urban planners, researchers, environmental advocates, educators, and policymakers tackling some of society's most urgent issues.
