Geography essentially refers to documenting our planet - examining both its natural features and human elements, along with their spatial variations. This field explores the connections between climate, terrain, vegetation, wildlife, and human populations across Earth's surface. While geographers do create maps, their roles extend much further. They serve as strategists, investigators, conservationists, instructors, and policymakers addressing crucial societal challenges.
