The Department of Psychology, Neuroscience & Behavior (PNB) provides both MSc and PhD programs in Psychology. These graduate programs expose students to key topics and inquiries in experimental psychology while equipping them with theoretical foundations and research methodologies. PNB's graduate studies emphasize hands-on experimental research. The PhD program includes a specialized Research and Clinical Training track, preparing students through a scientist-practitioner approach.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants for graduate study in Psychology normally must have either a Masters degree in Psychology or an Honours Bachelors degree in Psychology with at least a B plus standing from a recognized university Exceptions may be made for students with a background in a related or relevant scientific discipline For example students with strong backgrounds in biology neuroscience computer science chemistry or physics are encouraged to apply A minimum TOEFL score of 92 (internet-based); 237 (computer-based); 580 (paper-based) or IELTS (Academic Version) with a minimum overall score of 6.5, with at least 5.5 in each section.
