The Honors B.Sc. in Neuroscience is a prestigious interdisciplinary program tailored for students pursuing careers in neuroscience research or similar disciplines. Jointly overseen by the Biology and Psychology, Neuroscience & Behavior (PNB) departments, this program encompasses all aspects of neuron and nervous system research. Neuroscience covers diverse subjects, ranging from the biophysical and electrochemical traits of nerve cells to neural circuit development and the brain's computational processes. Mirroring neuroscience's interdisciplinary essence, students gain comprehensive training across multiple scientific domains, such as Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. These fundamentals are paired with in-depth study of molecular, cellular, and systems neuroscience.
