The Sales and Event Coordinator (SEC) program represents a fresh, collaborative initiative between MITT and the Manitoba Tourism Education College (MTEC). This enduring institutional partnership between the college and industry council enhances student learning and career prospects across all training disciplines. While graduates earn an MITT qualification, MTEC provides the 10-month curriculum featuring occupation-focused training, career development, and technical instruction. MTEC's campus, conveniently situated near MITT on Scurfield Boulevard, serves as the program's delivery location. Upon completion, qualified students gain access to MTEC's extensive industry network for a 120-hour practical work experience. Learn more about the program's course offerings by clicking here.
