The CAD Technician program combines practical training with real-world applications to prepare students with the expertise needed to convert concepts, sketches, and technical details into precise technical drawings (2D, 3D, and VR) using both traditional and computer-aided drafting methods. Graduates enter the workforce with a solid educational background, including coursework in architectural, mechanical, and civil drafting, along with professional and essential skills developed through MITT’s Work Skills Series workshops.
Engineering and architectural firms, construction businesses, consulting agencies, and manufacturing plants frequently hire CAD Technicians.
