The marketing degree program offers comprehensive training across general education, core business principles, and specialized marketing subjects. This major emphasizes essential marketing concepts, strategic planning, analytical techniques, and data-driven evaluation. Students will gain expertise in marketing operations and their integration with other business functions. Market research influences not just promotional activities (including advertising) but also decisions regarding pricing, distribution, and product development. Effective business strategies must prioritize customer requirements at every stage. Understanding consumer behavior is crucial for all elements of a market proposition, including product design. The curriculum includes hands-on research projects and marketing performance analysis. Graduates will be equipped for leadership positions in marketing divisions across public, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as other business areas where marketing plays a significant role. The program examines marketing strategies at community, domestic, and global levels.
Applicants must have a minimum overall average of 65 percent, with no course grade lower than 50 percent, in the following high school courses- ELA 30-1 Mathematics 30-1 or Mathematics 30-2 Three subjects from Group A, B, C or D
