Gain practical experience in both the kitchen and front-of-house operations at Resto 213, Loyalist's student-operated gourmet restaurant.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge in culinary management - covering everything from guest service and food production to cost analysis, menu development, and promotional planning.
Students also create products for the Loyalist Market, a retail space featuring an impressive selection of fresh and frozen items made by Culinary program participants.
